The first is the sensitivity of the input. I tried to play with the arrow keys and i found them to sensitive, I kept bumping into walls.
Second is the camera angle. I couldn't find the right angle. It would work better if you keep focus on your avatar no matter if you zoom in or out or what the angle is. Now I found that if I zoomed out and lowered the camera angle I actually hovered over the hospital in stead of following the doctor from far.
third patients sometimes take forever to get to an examination room, sometimes because they don't do much for a few moment other times because they are walking into a wall (especially on their way to room 1).
fourth I can't input anything after playing 20-30 minutes or so. didn't do anything special it just happened
Last is the number of patients and their decay rate. It is impossible to treat them all, they come to fast and die too quickly. (10 treated/16 untreated second try) maybe increase the number of patients with the level.
Btw again I like the game I just name any issue I encounter so you can look into them :)
Keyboard Sensitivity : Do you mean all keys or just the turning keys ?
Camera Angle : Normally the angle should be always on your doctor, only when you change the angle manually with the mouse the doctor can become out of focus
Patients :Yes the pathfinding can be improved more
Fourth : Did you get stuck after washing your hands ? Because there is a bug
Patient Health : Will definetly will be changed , and in the final game the number of patients will raise slower ...
@ccvicente :
There is currently a bug in Examination Room 2 so that patients get stuck there.

It looks nice and even without real guidance, immediately makes clear what one has to do playing the game.
Some remarks:
- washing basin @ examination room 2 seems to be "strange"; I got fixed there without possibility to move anymore;
- in OR it is not clear what you are supposed to do; no "operation" task or anything? in general it is not clear to me for which treatments you can leave the patient alone and for which the doctor has to do it himself?
- at certain points the doctor is spinning around, especially when you go to the middle of the waiting room, but also when entering the patient in any examination room;
- the break room is annoying; maybe some little sudoku game or anything to play? and info (clock?) to show how long you should stay there to retrieve your energy level;
- why in the waiting room one cannot "assign" examination room numbers to the patients, even when those rooms are still occupied? normally people could be placed on a waiting list, and whenever the room is free they go there themselves; without the doctor going to the waiting room all the time to get the patient him/herself.
So far some comments. It is fun to play, however much more time consuming then PoR.
Washing Basin : Will be fixed
Operation Room : The patients will go by themselves to the operation room , you only need to do an examination afterwards. Whenever there is a progress bar at the top with a progress bar , your doctor is doing something , otherwise only the patient is doing something
Spinning : Are you controlling with the keyboard or only mouse ?
Break Room : There is only sometimes a snack in the big locker, the break activity (sitting down) is not implemented yet ...
Waiting Room : The examination rooms have no waiting list, like the x-ray or lab , because when i tested it with a waiting list, many times you decided otherwise in priority and then you would also need some sort of managing system for the waiting list ...

Tim
